"Got my order wrong. Stopped and checked bag before leaving drive thru. Burger and onion rings werent in it. Dining area closed had to drive around again behind 5 other cars. Wouldnt recommend using app."

"Service could use a bit of improvement, but maybe it was a new person and/or just started not too long ago. They build the burgers very well rather than just throwing things on without caring, and then they wrap and pack without destroying them too. So nice not to have a crushed burger. I'll trade that for the little bit of service any day."

"Ordered 2 bacon, egg, cheese croissants, hash browns, coffee with coupon about 10:10 a.m. today, paid at drive thru, waited couple minutes at pickup window. Server finally asked if she could top off our coffee with decaf vs regular, we said OK. Waited another couple minutes for food. Drove home 7 miles, they gave us sausage croissants! So they ran out of regular coffee & gave us the wrong sandwiches. Money collector is always nice, server was nice, food was good, just not what we ordered. Better monitor who is bagging the orders. Too many other food choices in the area to be lax with orders."

"Hot mess of a location. Complained to manager about a fish sandwich that I received that was inedible with a whole bunch of tartar sauce slapped on as well as cold. She was unapologetic asked if I could take a picture or bring it back. Poor customer service. If the manager doesn’t have good customer service skills. There is no wonder the employees don’t. Received pop that had spilled all over the cup. Will not return."

"The food was hot and fresh. The Whopper bacon combo was good though the bacon has a rubbery texture. The cheesy tots were bland with a crispy texture.The Big Fish was good with a crisp texture and pleasant taste. Overall service was pleasant and the restaurant was clean."
