"COLD FOOD. MOZZARELLA STICKS AND CHEEZY TOTS WERE ATLEAST 2HRS OLD. I ASKED THE LADY COULD SHE EXCHANGE THE MOZZARELLA STICKS FOR A BURGER AND SHE SAID NO, SHE HAD ALREADY "YELLED" TO THE BACK TO DROP ME A FRESH BATCH.... WELL ALRIGHTY THEN!!!LOL NEVER AGAIN SISTER. NOT TO MENTION, I HAD ORDERED A 8PC AND RECEIVED A 4PC BACK....SMH"
"We were acknowledged the moment we walked in the door. The cashier was training a new employee but even so they were both very helpful. There was a bit of a wait due to a miscommunication with the line. However they were very adamant about making sure the order was correct & reiterated exactly what was on my son’s burger. It felt like we were important and the cashier and trainee actually cared about the job and the service. Wish I would have gotten the trainers name. He was awesome."

"The Ghost pepper sandwich I tried was amazing!!! The service wasn't great but only because the woman would ask me questions, I'd answer her and then she'd ask again. That gets annoying after a few times! Overall though...excellent!!!"
