"Cashier was extremely rude (blonde female, bad eyebrows). Ordered 3 Chicken Tacos on Soft Flour Tortillas. Ingredients were extremely skimpy for the price paid."

"It's annoying when you pay $20 for a bowl of food and don't even get what you paid for. I could be crazy but that ain't no double chicken!! This is the reason why I hate ordering online. I prefer to be in person, so I know what I'm paying for. I hate wasting money and twenty bucks for some rice, corn, and scarce chicken is absurd. I did get chips n guac too, and the chips were scarce also."

"This is normally our go-to location for Chipotle, but the cleanliness of the restaurant, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall atmosphere has gone down in the last several months. No napkins are available, the chips were stale on both recent visits. The service stations and tables are a mess. Management may want to look into it."

"I have never felt the need to write a review in my life until today. This location has consistently been getting my online orders wrong for the last few months. Just in the last three days alone they have managed to get all three of my orders wrong. Anywhere from not giving me the right meat, to charging me for double protein and then giving me a burrito that has NO meat at all! I work in retail and I understand they get calls every single day about any type of complaint. This is just unacceptable at this point, I can excuse a few times, but to be this consistent at messing up orders THIS bad? No. I talked to one of the managers and all he could say is "Sorry about that call 1-800 Chipotle", like nah. How about I come in and show you the pictures of my orders you've gotten wrong and offer me a free meal, try to reconcile some way. Needless to say, I'm going to the one in Sheffield for now on, this place is absolutely terrible and they clearly hire whoever at this point. 3/02 at around 9PM that night, specifically, whoever was working around that time needs to be looked into considering how bad they messed up my order."
