"This review is based only upon my most recent visit. I called my local Pizza Hut to order carryout. Apparently they use an answering service because the person who answered was unable to pronounce the town where I was ordering. She had very little ability to speak and understand english. I got through that clusterbuck, yet it only got worse after that! I was told it would take 25 minutes, but I gave them 30. There was only one person working the entire store! He was cooking and packaging and handling the drive-thru and walk-ins. I was the only walk in at the counter. Took him about 10 minutes to finally get to me. I gave my name and he said "I'm sorry to tell you this but I haven't even started that order." He promised that if I decided to wait he would put my order at the top of the list and start it right now. And that's what he did. He was so busy that he couldn't track the food cooking and my food was extremely overcooked! Anyhow, the entire experience really sucked and was extremely disappointing. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy working there all alone because he deserves some kudos for sticking it out!"
"Rather unimpressed with my Honey BBQ an Garlic Parm wings. Tastes ok, but I guess they ran out of sauce or are just stingy with it. The wings with visible sauce are only a quarter or half coated with the sauce. If I wanted naked wings I would have ordered it that way. Absolutely ridiculous for damn near $50. Can't even get my monies worth in sauce, very disappointed."
