"I had just moved out to the area and I love taco bell. The first time I stopped I was very disappointed in the food. The food was very greasy and there was barely anything on it. I would say maybe a tablespoon of meat and little to no cheese. I felt like I just wasted my money on nothing. Wanting taco Bell again I was hoping that my maybe it was just a new person or a bad day but unfortunately it was the same again. I love Taco Bell but I do not go to the one of vermilion, Ohio."

"I’m sorry but after several times of being disappointed I had to leave a review… I specifically asked if the potatoes were fresh cause it was late and she said she would throw me some in and they gave me old potatoes and just sloppy food with zero care for the consumer.. don’t go here unless you wanna waste your money and be disappointed in society"

"The Taco Bell on Colorado Avenue in lorain, Ohio . They need to clean house desperately! This Taco Bell is like one minute drive from my house. I will drive all the way to Vermilion before I go back there again how disrespectful they were was unbelievable all because I complained my taco was not made right how would you like if you went somewhere and you ordered something and it wasn’t right the way you ordered and you got charged for the way that you wanted The employee had a fit I wasn’t happy with it she goes regardless if it was made right or not we still have to do it , she was talking loudly to her friend next to her when she said that. I had a mobile order and I took my cousin in with me he wanted something and we waited there a long time for the food for the mobile food that was already pre-ordered. so she started yelling and saying OK I’m putting a sour cream on OK I’m putting the extra cheese on and she just kept going on. She was a black lady with short hair. Her hair was in a bun. not the black lady that had a black jacket on. She was really nice. I asked the employee for her name, but they refused to give me the name because she says we’re not allowed to give out names well, how are you supposed to complain about someone you’re not gonna give out their name so you can leave a review so the company can actually know who’s actually doing their job and who’s not. What happens if you wanted to leave a good review and they could get recognized. And I didn’t see one employee have a name tag what place does that but she was too far away anyway for me to see what her name was even if she did have a name tag on , but she really did act like she was better than anyone else. She had a really bad attitude and the food still wasn’t done right my taco wasn’t and it was remade twice my cousin from Oregon. He was thinking about putting his application in there, but now he says no I’m not gonna work somewhere where they had that type of attitude all because somebody complains about their food and I showed my cousin my food he’s like I would’ve complained . it’s called customer service. The customer is always right and if you can’t accept that then maybe you shouldn’t be in that type of business and with you being in this area you’re not gonna last Taco Bell will go under. They might be busy right now cause they all new, and everybody’s getting to know them, but you’re gonna burn too. Many people are not gonna come and you’re gonna lose and then you’re not gonna be able to pay your employees . And like I said, one of my orders was a mobile order and this took place yesterday"

"I found a taco with no piece then I open another taco and I found the broken piece and my dad got his chicken quesadilla with no chicken but I could not get picture of it"

"Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, made a decent sized order all of the burritos look liked they smeared a small amount on them for flavor and called it good to barely give them flavor and tiny. One of the sodas we ordered food was already flat and the Baja blast was just carbonated water no favor disgusting food and terrible service."
