"Called them about an issue where a store made a mistake on an order. The manager of the location laughed and said they wouldn't do anything about it, not even an apology. Called Corp and never got any kind of response. I would say pass on Hot Head; lot of people been doing it better long before they showed up and they'll still be doing it better when this trash company goes under."

"Went to the Hilliard-Rome Rd location and I spent $7 on the smallest burrito bowl I've ever had. I said I only wanted a little bit of rice... apparently that means I want a little bit of everything else. I will have to go to Chipotle, straight from here, just to get full. Then I got a drink from their fountain pop machine, and I found plastic in my cup which must have come out of the ice machine. Before we left, my 5 year old had to go to the bathroom and there was a roach climbing along the bathroom door. Worst experience ever."
