"Ordering on the website is confusing, they don't tell you that you have to go in person before they fulfill the order. I ordered breakfast at 10:45am, got there a few minutes after 11am. The website never said my order had been completed but I took a risk. Unfortunately the way CORPORATE designed the online ordering is stupid, but the workers there were super nice and accommodating and they gave me a refund since it was past breakfast hours so, thank you guys so much for helping my da self!"

"Every single time I order from this Taco Bell on doordash I never get what I paid for. Not once have they ever gave me my extra sour cream. And they love to short me on my Cinnabons. That is if they even give me them at all. This time they didn't give me the Cinnabon coffee that I ordered. If I was you I would not waste your time here if you are going to order from doordash because you will not get what you paid for anyway. So you may as well save your money then to spend $8 on a burrito that you're not going to get."

"I dont care what anyone says, if you say you don't like Taco bell, you're lying. It's great when the time is right. Some times they get the order wrong and are short on the toppings, but for the most part, they are great."

"I cannot believe how rude the staff is here, including the management. It is ridiculous I’ve made countless online orders and everytime I am missing multiple items and my food is cold. I ordered a crunch wrap and a spent almost 8 dollars on it for it to come with no beef, I was also missing my large drink. I just tried to give them another chance and ordered again and they forgot the drink again. That’s now at least 15 dollars worth of food that I ordered that this store missed.When I called to try to be refunded for what my order was missing they had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.0/10 never ordering again."

"Pulled up to get a door dash order from inside but the doors were locked. Held my phone up to the window to show I was here for a dash and they told me to get in line even thought the girl that told me that, was just standing there on her phone. This has happened multiple times. I’ve seen people eating inside and then leave when my family and I go inside to be told that they are closing the dinning room, and that we will have to leave with our food. It was 4pm. Very bad service from majority of the workers. Wouldn’t recommend eating here or getting a dash from here"
