"The Nursing staff on 4 Ross are awesome! They changed my mind about my first review and I did delete it!! The nurses are all top notch and professional! They took excellent care of my husband. A few of our favorites are Delilah, Courtney, Kathy and Sidney but he didn't have a bad one at all. The Lung transplant team Doctors are also wonderful and kind."

"Although I was impressed with the level of care and the facilities are great, I lost my parking ticket which should have been validated at $3 they are now charging me more than 10 times that for losing a little piece of paper because I was upset over my Mom's situation and misplaced it! The maximum charge is $14 a day, but that wasn't enough for them. I was there less than 3 hours and it cost me $35 to get out of the garage."

"As a visitor, the staff is very nice. They are trying to help our relative with a pulmonary issue. They have communicated with the family very well. The facilities are very nice as well. We think thos was the best place for treatment."

"If you aren't going here for your health care you're doing it wrong. I have never met nicer staff. I went in yesterday for testing that had me absolutely terrified. When it was time for my MRI I couldn't get my daith piercing out. I was almost in tears because I had to psych myself up to get the testing and I didn't want to leave without it completed. The MRI staff had 2 people who literally were my angels. They did everything they could think of and didn't give up until they got it out. That included their boss running around looking for things that could help. Everyone I met was so helpful, explained everything that would happen and kept me calm."

"My mom was admitted at the Ross and has had to visit the ER recently and we have had EXCELLENT care. The doctors, the nurses, intake, everyone has been fantastic. They are keeping us informed every step of the way and have been completely on top of her care also value how she wanted to be cared. They were very gentle, professional, and caring. I highly recommend Ohio State Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital and the ER. Nurse Sarah, (7th floor) the two Sam's aka ( Samantha), Chelsea, Kristine you all truly are amazing, Nurse Laura( ICU), you are the best , all the staff were so professional, knowledgably confident, and caring. There is no enough word how to say thank you. On behalf of me and my family thank you for taking what would normally be a horrific event and making it easier to deal for my mother..."
