"these people will pull you in to the financial department over 20 dollars before seeing you. very unprofessional. would make much more sense to wait until after making sure the patient is safe before harrassing them for 20 bucks. which i paid. and they didnt log. so next time i come in theyre shaking me down over 20 bucks before seeing me again. hadnt went there for almost 8 years because of this and today i needed to use their services as im having trouble breathing because my throat is so swollen. i called them and now im a new patient because they scared me off for 8 years. i will be retrieving my medical files and never returning. their receptionists are rude, stuck up, and unhelpful. wait times are always outrageous and its hard to even get a hold of someone on the phone as the receptionists are worthless. id rather pay urgent care than give yall money."

"This is hands-down one of the most unprofessional doctors offices I’ve ever been to after making me wait a week to get excepted as a new patient they made me wait two weeks to get my psychological medicine that I absolutely need because the doctor is ““ on vacation. So after two weeks of waiting I go into the doctors office only to know that they’ve given me the wrong time for 10 AM and not 8 AM which was my actual appointment time after explaining that I didn’t know that it was at 8 AM that it’s been two weeks now that I had been informed 10 Am the Lady told me that I would not be able to be a patient there and that I was kicked off the office already. The way she said it everything just having no consideration for the feelings of their patients is super disrespectful including the fact my child comes to this office and never once has missed an appointment so I will leave this off saying I wouldn’t bring your family here as they value nobody as a patient but for the money."

"Honestly it’s taken me some time to get this review out because I didn’t know how to word it. Honestly Dr. Ahmed was friendly and got me the referral I needed to the dr. I wanted quickly. However, the nurse and the notes after the visit have influenced me to never return to her. When I was called in I let the nurse know not to tell me my weight as that is something I have an issue with due to eating disorders. She gave me a snarky look and said it was fine. I went for a severed tendon in my hand and when I left the notes didn’t even reflect that it was the primary reason for the visit. Instead it had in large red letters “obese” and said I refused to talk about necessary weight loss for my obesity. When it came to my hand it said I had “hand pain” and made no mention about what she palpated herself. She only told the specialist the same thing so they were confused that they were referred someone with “hand pain.” The dr. and nurse didn’t even ask about activity level or diet or even eating disorders, but instead just decided just to make the entire medical note focus on something not even pertinent to my visit. If they had asked they would know I have trauma related to doctors with weigh-ins that brought me to a point where I wouldn’t eat until they were satisfied with my “health.” If you have a history of any kind of eating disorder I would NOT recommend going here. They are disrespectful and uncaring in that aspect."
