"This location needs more staffing or to be shut down. Simply put, they’re going to kill someone. This location is impossible to get ahold of. They are constantly out of medications & fail to notify their customers. They told me to check if Reeds Pharmacy across the street had my medication. If they did, I just needed to have their Pharmacy call them & they would transfer over my prescription. But we’re back at the initial issue of them not answering the phones.. EVER. So I had to run back and forth to communicate what could have & should have been done over the phone. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Out of convenience the Brookville Rite Aid has been our pharmacy for 10+ years but it’s no longer convenient. They misfill prescriptions & make mistakes like they’re a bunch of teenagers running a fast food restaurant. The difference between forgetting not to put pickles on a sandwich & forgetting what medication to put in a bottle is death. That’s why they normally require some additional schooling to work with medicine. But what do I know."

"Been waiting a month on a prescription that said it was filled. Called insurance and the said someone ran the billing claim in August yet I never received my prescription. When I asked the pharmacy tech they had no clue what I was talking about. Was told by insurance that a tech or pharmacist would have put through the claim. Going back and forth is getting tiring and I'm beyond frustrated.i need this fixed please."

"This afternoon I took my mom, her friend and myself to the Rite aid pharmacy in Brookville to get our flu shots. We were not aware that they closed for lunch from 1:30-2;00pm. However the pharmacist was super nice and stayed to accommodate us so all three of us could get our shots He was very good at giving the shots, didn't hurt a bit. He had the best manner of anyone I have ever spoke with there. I wish we would have asked his name. I did shake his hand and thanked him for all three of us. Thank you so much for your help today Sir. God bless you."

"They need to update their hours on the phone and on the website. Made a special trip to Riteaid and they were closed. Phone and website say's open till 10:00 pm. They were closed at 7:45pm"
