"Lost a new patient because the rude receptionist didn't GAF. When I ask whether you're accepting new patients, you ask questions about what kind of practitioner I'm looking for. You don't give me a list of names and TELL ME TO "PICK ONE". Pure incompetence."

"This place had no concept or respect for people's time. My Mother and I arrived 10 minutes early for a 0900 appointment and we have not seen the Doctor yet and it is 0930. The check in Nurse is very rude and short and the decor is dark and drab. My opinion is they do not care because they get paid anyway. This place socks. Any questions please contact me. "I am a returning patient. It's been about 4 or 5 years since my last visit with Dr.Bethal.There has been changes to the office staff as far as nurses and receptionist. In those two areas the ladies seem a little grumpy or maybe a rough start to the morning. Anyways the wait time in the waiting area was very brief, However once placed into a room after vitals and such were check the wait was long. Almost 1 hour. But Dr.Bethal was just as I remembered. Kind, caring, aware, professional, and genuine about her profession. She definitely double checked/reviewed what we spoke about and made sure my needs with the problem was solved. I'll been returning as needed."

"A lot of times we receive the energy we put out and I always feel at home with Dr. Dickens and his staff. Being a black male from the US I wanted to go to a black doctor and not an African doctor. The staff treats me well and I get quick responses whenever I contact the office. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I have waited at times a little long but I sort of expect that from a doctors office."
