"They’re always closed at weird hours randomly. Their pharmacists are usually super nice. Biggest issue is when they tell you a certain time to pick something up, once you get there it’s never ready and I have to wait at least an hour longer. When using the app, it’s never accurate as to pick up times either"

"I understand there is an employee shortage, but the pharmacy is an essential service. I was told they closed at six. Being an afternoon worker that made it difficult, but I figured I could just get it today. Nope! They apparently shortened hours even more for labor day weekend and completely close on labor day. THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE! Screw you if you need your medicine I guess. As someone that currently needs my prescriptions to so much as function due to a work injury, this is a colossal sized middle finger. I am absolutely scared for the people that need their meds to survive."

"I've had good experiences and I've had bad. But they shortened the pharmacy hours down to nothing. When you work 9 to 5pm and work 25 mins away and the pharmacy is closed Sat and Sun and only open mon-fri 10am to 6pm I can't even pick up prescriptions. I've been with walgreens for 10 years, and unfortunately I have to switch. They will loose good customers for switching hours. CVS is opened all day and weekends"

"Came in 15 minutes prior to close to get a passport photo taken. Asked if it was too late, young man working assured me it wasn't and was super friendly and cheerful as we took a few photos to make sure we got a usable picture. Late in the day I'm sure he had plenty to do to close the store, but he took the time and made sure I was taken care of. Much appreciated."
