"Most of the time they are pretty quick in the morning. There seems to be certain days where it's not as fast could be staffing issues. Overall my food or coffee has never been wrong, so at least they are doing a good job."
"Cute location! I love how they always decorate the interior for holidays. ♥️ I typically only use the drive-thru, but everything is always relatively quick! When I did go inside the restrooms were clean and the seating was clean. Staff is very nice."
"This location, like many fast food locations has been undergoing staffing issues. There are times when the lobby is closed and you have to go through the drive-thru which is quite irritating. However when they are fully staffed it runs flawlessly. Great customer service clean store good food."
"It's hit or miss here. They have 2 lines but still only take 1 order at a time. Today I got a nice cup of old bottom of the pot coffee with a good amount of coffee grounds."
"I've never had a big issue here. If something wasn't right, they gladly fixed it. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant itself is very nice. It's always decorated for the current season/holiday, which I absolutely love. We used to be regular Starbucks drinkers, but haven't been there since Dunkin opened."
