"My child has been in K&Ms since the first day they opened. Surprisingly I have never had any issues from this childcare. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a clean, safe, professional place or your children (which is impossible to find now days)! Thank you to the owner and staff for making a difference in the black community and always welcoming my child as family!!!"

"Staff is not trained to deal with children with disabilities, very impatient when it comes to a child who needs extra care. The administrator Ms T is unprofessional, in the beginning she acted like she was helpful and understanding but after a month of my children going there she decides to tell me she was only getting paid partime for one of my children who was full time which I needed to correct with my child care worker, which I agreed and understood. So that's what I did I also work so its it's hard for me to go downtown every week to check with the case worker but anyways I did contact my caseworker and let her know the info needed to get this change going. weeks went by and I had thought things were changed because Ms T had not mention anything and went about the days like everything was good. until the LAST MINUTE WHEN SHE TELLS ME OH YEA YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE NOT CHANGED IT TO FULL TIME! why was I not told this weeks before if you knew it was not adjusted so now I'm panicking trying to TAKE off work LAST minute to get this done because I'm being threatened to have to pay. This was very unprofessional an un business like. when i exspress my concerns she stated I have multiple businesses on the side I don't have time to remind you of this! but yet you remembered to ask and threaten me about paying. I understand its majority of my RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the caseworker updates and processes my information but her communication is off and last minute she really could care less about parents and their jobs which is why we send our kids to day care in the first place. she is just very unprofessional and petty as well if you have an concern as to why her communication is bad and unprofessional. Beware with this child care center if you need reliable childcare looks elsewhere and have this be your last result, or you could be given last minute important information regarding your child that could interfere with your work life. Also I feel they should have a age limit maybe 6-5y because school aged kids seem to be difficult for them in general. that explains why I only seen five older kids and 20 babies or toddlers."

"My daughter 1st started when she was 15 months and she is now 11. I love that they incorporate not just fun but learning experiences as well. When my daughter went to kindergarten she was ahead of class new shapes, colors, and the differences between letters and numbers. I would 100% recommend this facility. Wonderful experience."

"The worst daycare in Ohio! If you have a infant that can not talk and tell you what they ate or how things went during the day do not send your child here! You have to provide their lunch but it’s so many children and not enough staff they might forget to feed your child, which happen to my son 3 days out of one week..! My son went here for one week and they did not feed him the food I provided for him, instead they gave a 11month old a apple and granola bar! How could a baby with no teeth eat a apple! My son face was also scratched up bc they sometimes have 2 and 3 year olds with the infants! They do not teach , they only babysit!"
