"Very unprofessional and ghetto daycare. Kinney and her partner failed to properly accommodate my children and notify us of kids hitting and swearing. The staff taught my child to hit himself on the leg in order to sit down. When I questioned about this learned behavior my family was meet with hostility and quickly terminated. I also paid for a week of service and needed to use unused daycare hours that were paid for later in the week. I was denied do to the staff not wanting to come to work. Not all the staff is bad just the people running the show. My child doing wheel barrels is a part of a sensory diet. To his hands and chest. It is in no way shape or form to be intended as a form of punishment. This speaks to the negligence and incompetence of the staff. If this was not understood at the time better communication would have solved the issue."

"I just want to say i love Mini Miracles 3 my kids been going here since day 1 and every staff here is amazing especially Ms.Chamere and Ms.Kinney they go above and beyond for the parents every way they can. They love the kids like their own update you every minute about your kids and they send art work home every day I couldn’t trust another daycare with my kids like I trust them I’m blessed and thank god I found this daycare im truly happy to be a mini miracles parent"

"My nephew has been attending Mini Miracles since he was a toddler he is now a preschooler that has learned a lot since being in a daycare setting. The staff are very helpful and supportive, I am happy to know that he is getting prepared for his next level of education as he will be going to kindergarten and he is ready! "Mini Miracles (All locations) are thee best centers your child could attend. Treating families like their is own is an understatement. When you enter the building all the staff are welcoming. They prioritize on education and keeping a healthy and safe environment. They are even heavy on the resources. This may come from outside help such as programs to help parents at home, behavioral issues, and plenty more. The accommodations and extra help that come from these centers come from true genuine people who have the heart for childcare and are pure loving people. Our children are our most precious joys and should be left with educators who feel the same way. You can visually see that just touring the centers, very personable. Once you have physically toured and had conversations with the owners and staff you will see what I mean. See for yourself!!"
