"My mother was admitted to the 3rd floor from the ER a couple days ago. Based on the reviews I read about this hospital i was worried that she wouldn’t get good care. Omg was I wrong!! Everyone that had any contact with me or my mom were absolutely wonderful!!!!. I want to thank Stacy(PA), Steve(PA,) Sophie, Lisa (nurses) also the intern nurses, Ashley (speech pathology) all the phlebotomists, housekeeping, kitchen people and anyone else that I missed. I also want to thank the ER doctor and nurse. I can’t believe how kind and caring they all were. My mom got such wonderful care here. All questions were answered and testing was done very quickly. This hospital should be very proud that it employs people that really do care about their patients. Thank you all!!!!!"
"I had a serious emergency during the weekend. They handled me with the best care I could possibly ask for. I have nothing but the highest praise for the doctors and nurses. Sonja kept me so comfortable until I was taken to ICU. Thanks to all involved!"
"I had the worst experience. I had to have emergency surgery. I woke up in recovery very out of it from the anesthesia, I didn’t even realize where I was. But I woke up to being called a cry baby by a staff member. Then another staff member was on the phone talking to someone and saying I have a possibility of being on drugs. I was also being questioned about my psych meds. I wanted to make a complaint but the nurses told me “good luck with that” when I was brought back to my room I told my spouse I was ready to go home, explained what happened in recovery. I had a nurse get very aggressive with me and had bucked up at me while I was sitting on the bed. Her co worker told her to leave my room. Ever since this has all happened to me my anxiety has gotten worse, I feel I cannot trust anybody when I have a health issue. I didn’t deserve for this to happen and no matter what I do it doesn’t change the fact all of this happened ☹️ don’t go to this hospital if you have a choice."
