"The office staff is very rude to you when you call and when you give it right back to them the will not see you it's a shame that I have to now drive 30mins down river because of them and there bad behavior the Dr. Only see me on zoom if they don't even have to deal with me so what is the problem with that they don't even send the medication in the pharmacy I had to go get the prescription and hand it in myself sad they should be fired!"

"Dr Madhira has too many patients , this causes problems. When you prep the the day before, also told no water after midnight. They do not call you till the afternoon before colonoscopy ,to tell you when to show up . They tell me noon and it’s a two hour procedure. That’s 14 hours without water. And who knows the procedure could get pushed back because he has too many patients. University of Michigan, I prepped the day before ,then at midnight nothing to drink , had my colonoscopy at 9AM the next day. Also, was given my time for the colonoscopy a month ahead of time. Time to go back to the U of M for my colonoscopy. Monroe obviously needs more colonoscopy doctors."

"The people at Monroe gastroenterology are friendly ,I never wait no longer than 1 minute and they do a good job . I would recommend this place for anyone with diarrhea,constipation,liver,colon-scopy,gallbladder,pancreas,esophagus and more."

"Lesa Chopra is one of the best as a gastroenterologist physician. She literally saved me by going ahead early with a procedure that should have waited a few more years (per insurance). However, the employee I have had to speak to over the last couple of days regarding a simple medication refill (which I cannot be without), was so very immature and rude, that I will no longer go to see her. I tried to have that rude employee ask for a NP or physician to call me but she did not like her “power being threatened is the way I took it”. Sad! Office personnel wrecks another fine physician practice"
