"Went there for a physical. Was told I needed two vaccines for my employer. They did the two vaccines and then said they wouldn’t sign off cause my blood pressure was too high. They said I needed to come back the next day. Ok so go back next day. First thing I ask is if my employer would get charged for the second visit. They said no cause it’s just a blood pressure check. This was not true. First my employer didn’t need the vaccines ( like the NP swore I needed) and second they did charge for the second visit. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! They had me fill out a bunch of paperwork so I wouldn’t get the bill sent to me. But I got a bill over $700 sent to me. I ended up going to my actual doctor and he was upset at how this NP kept doing things to add on charges. I do intend to send this to the Ohio medical board cause forcing people to get vaccines when they don’t need them and charging them double when you tell them your not is unethical. I did reach out to their biller and shocker no call back."

"I accompanied a patient to their appointment and I have to say how pleasant and accommodating I found everyone. From the front desk to the various individuals involved in the appt, nothing was lacking. Special shout out for Jessica, Ben and Sydney who were very understanding and sincerely interested in the patient as they walked them through the process. They listened without rushing; I can't say enough about the kind and professional behavior of everyone we interacted with. Thank you."

"I love this clinic, its clean, front desk staff is friendly, the providers are awesome and actually listen to you. The time you wait in the waiting room until seen by the provider is always a reasonable amount of time. I can't forget to mention the pharmacy staff as well, they go above and beyond when needed and I truly appreciate that. Any time I call in needing something, it is taken care of right away or within a reasonable amount of time. Whenever I have been feeling sick, I always get in same day, not to say that will always be the case, nonetheless I've never had an issue. The staff care about their patients and it shows. I highly recommend this clinic for care."

"Most of the staff are great, at least the ones I've interacted with (only one of the receptionists chose not to acknowledge me, so when I walked away she finally said something to me). I feel like I matter as a patient, as the actual providers seem to listen; HOWEVER, every single time, and there have been a few occasions, if I needed a referral to an outside provider it never gets sent. I've even called 2-3 times asking when they'll be sent, only to end up having the outside provider request it instead. One time, the assistant told me she didn't have a fax number and I had to get it for her (Really? I used to be a medical assistant, and that's definitely not the patient's job), and she still never faxed it. And as of today, I'm still waiting for two specialist referrals to go through. It's been 2 weeks and I've still not heard anything. Or prescriptions being sent, if they're going anywhere outside of their pharmacy, the outside one will have no record of receiving any prescriptions to be filled for me. On a positive note, it's super easy to get an appointment, but i think I know why."
