"Trying to follow physican orders and the supervisor I spoke with refuses to schedule my breast MRI. After explaining I'm high risk, my paperwork indicates high risk, the supervisor read my history and decided I'm not high risk, even though she's not a physician, let alone my physician who knows my history and has examined my actual breasts. Let me be clear: I literally have a new order from a Promedica OB in my hand for a breast MRI. WOMEN: Advocate for yourself! If something doesn't feel right, it's not. My MRI is now scheduled outside of Promedica. Don't let Promedica be the reason you're diagnosed with breast cancer late! Side note: I was given 3 incorrect numbers to attempt to schedule. The number on my order form was also wrong. No one mentioned breasts MRIs are scheduled differently until call number 3!"

"I can’t say enough GREAT things about the amazing staff at the breast care center. I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I had the most positive experience considering I was having a biopsy on some suspicious calcifications. My nurse Kori was so kind and supportive through the entire procedure, and doctor Neal was also very caring and gentle as she preform the biopsy. I also want to make mention that Elizabeth and Rosie where wonderful as well! Thank you guys for the card you sent in the mail, that really warmed my heart. God bless you all. "I would give this place zero stars if I could. They don't care about you. They just want your money. I have called over a dozen times in the last 3 months and no one will call me back, doesn't matter where I leave a message at. I'm not sure why they even have voicemail!"
