"Great little spot of a carry out lunch, though they do have room to eat in. One of the better Cubanos I’ve had in Cincy. Really great crunch to the bread. And, I’ll be an outlier here, but there could be less meat. It’s a huge sandwich. A half portion would have been perfect. I got the potato salad for my side and I really enjoyed that too. I’ll be back."

"This place had a lot of potential. However for a bougie sandwich shop, you should not consistently be serving stale, brown lettuce. No one wants to be eating their salad and bite into a brown, slimy piece of lettuce and have to spit it out. The salad will look great, then halfway through you will have bitten into rotten produce. I don't understand how you run a upscale sandwich shop but don't flip out the lettuce regularly for this to happen to me twice now, yesterday will be the last time. They also don't answer their phones half of the time when I call to place an order. As a business, as another customer mentioned, you should be able to walk-in or call and place an order anytime during business hours. Also, if you find a sandwich or salad that you like, don't get too attached to it. They are constantly changing their dressings out, as well as their recipes. You may like the potato salad or salad dressing this week, and next week it's something completely different. Too hit-and-miss. No consistency or professionalism. I had higher hopes for a good sandwich shop in Newport but The Wich Doctor isn't it."

"Love that this is here near Covington. Huge sandwiches that are stacked and packed. My go to is the Muffuletta. Highly recommend. Don’t spend your $ at the other chains. You get what you pay for here."

"Been here a few times now and can’t understand how such a small place can have such good food and the nicest of people! The portions are very good considering the price! 12$ for my cubano sandwich but is easily 2 meals for me. Keep up the good work!"
