"The staff stopped saying "My pleasure" and the employees at the window are often having personal conversations. The drive thru is inconsistent. It can be fast or incredibly slow, like 30 minutes slow. What makes Chick-fil-A different from other fast food chains is their service. This one did not get the memo."

"I rarely eat at Chick-fil-A. Maybe twice in four years. I went today for lunch on a whim, and I was distraught to see four employees freezing in the 17° weather. They were taking orders despite both drive-thru lanes working and there being no line. That is completely unnecessary. I was told that it's a corporate rule so that customers are always greeted with a friendly face. I would much rather talk through a speaker to an employee who is warm inside the building than watch people shiver from the blistering wind chill."

"I told myself a few times before that I would stop coming here. I decided to give them another chance after a while, since maybe things have changed. Boy was I wrong. I asked for fresh fries and fresh nuggets since the ones I received were old and cold. They decided to give me semi-fresh nuggets and put fresh fries over the old files that I had given them. I will not be back. This is not the first time that I feel like they personally just don’t fancy me. Won’t have to worry about me again!"

"Chick-fil-A always has quality food. Typically I drive through but today decided to dine in. Restaurant was very clean, employees polite and friendly. There was a nice lady patrolling the restaurant picking up after people and offering to get drinks refills."
