"You place your order using a robot. My order wasn’t correct. The food was terrible. Tasteless cold burger. Fries tasted like fish— the grease needs changed!!! Couldn’t even eat them. Mozz sticks were no good, so didn’t eat them either. First time for my family trying a Rally’s, … and the last! Worker was friendly enough at the window."

"Ordered and was told to go to other side of building with the online orders. Waited 23 minutes to get a lg fry that was over 6.00. They were cold as hell. I asked nicely to have them replaced and the girl wearing cat ears and filthy clothes told me they've only been sitting there since I originally ordered. Was pissed too replace them. 6.49 for fries, not too mention the 4 sandwiches I ordered. Why was I pulled into a delivery lane? I watched so many ppl in the order lane served. For my trouble and hard earned money I got an additude from a cat. This place is terrible, slow and inconsiderate. Where is hygienic standards? Customer service? Can I get a human to serve me? Disgusting. I used to frequent this store but at this point I'm so disappointed at the value for my money. Standards are a real thing."

"Showed up and waited about 10 minutes to pay. Then we were told to pull around to a separate window and waited over half an hour for food! The people were nice but there were 3 of them and an automated drive thru assistant taking orders so they should have all been on the kitchen."

"I love the staff. They're always so nice. Given the small area they have to work in, service is always very quick. If there's ever a problem it's been quickly fixed. Manny and Marcus have always went above and beyond to please and I definitely feel welcome."
