"Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Right off the bat the girl who took my order and handed me my food was very rude, and then when I got home I found out she gave me the wrong food and drink, and what was given to me wasn’t enough for the amount of people I had originally ordered for. Not to mention it was DISGUSTING. The food wasn’t warm, and it was smashed and the wrappers were soggy to the point it leaked through the bag onto the seat of my car. I didn’t even have enough time to go back and have them fix it, and despite being hungry, none of us wanted to eat the food the way it was given to us. There was no way to reimburse me for the money we wasted on cold, smashed food. I hope whoever got what was supposed to be our food enjoys it because in one of us will ever be wasting our money at this taco bell again. ** photo is what I think was supposed to be a soft taco **"

"Came for dinner. Walk in. Stood at the counter for almost 10 mins before someone directed us to order via the newly installed kiosk behind us. After ordering, it took over 15 mins to receive our food. They did offer to give us free drinks for the extended wait."

"This is why the minimum wage should stay $7.25. If you can't even make a burrito correctly and think you deserve more money, that is the very quintessence of entitlement. Take pride in what you do and where you work, and success will find you. Work like this, and you will never amount to much."

"Not only was my order completely wrong and missing things, I waited in line for 20 minutes. My burrito was was cracking. The girl at the window (receipt says Alexis) was smoking a vape and sitting on her phone. Should’ve had two chips and cheese, only got one. No onions on the burrito and it was full of them. This Taco Bell disappoints time after time after time. I’ll avoid it forever."
