"Clean, pleasant staff and prompt service. I was very pleased with my new primary Deb Howell, she listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. She was informative, clear and came up with a plan that did not include masking the problem with a prescription drug, which I appreciate considering I choose to live a holistic lifestyle. I am very happy with my decision to see Deb Howell and am confident in her ability to treat my health issue and get to the root cause. Her Medical Assistant Danielle was my first point of contact with Deb and a fantastic representation for the team. She was attentive and full of knowledge with great bedside manner. "I was always one of those people who did not trust hospitals. In 2021, it almost cost me my life due to having Covid. Thank the lord for Luthern Hospital in Fort Wayne. So, this time around as soon as I felt myself getting sick and having multiple symptoms related to Covid, I went to the nearest clinic to get checked out. I get swabbed etc. It comes back negative. Day and a half later days later I lose taste and smell. I called the clinic and asked if I was given a Covid test. Nope. I was just given an influenza and strep test. I guess since they are no longer getting paid for covid they don't test for it. I go and get a home test and sure enough I had Covid. Now I get hit with a $250 bill for them not even testing for covid when I had multiple symptoms. Do yourselves a favor and just get home testing kits whenever you can. Costs too much for a doctor or in this case a CNP to get it wrong."
"First visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The physician assistant was informative and thorough in examination and treatment. We were in and out in less than a half hour. Highly recommend!!"
