"The food hot and fresh! This is what keeps me returning to my local pizza Hut!"

"I've had my carryout orders dropped at this location a couple times before, but this latest one, during the Switchboard Crisis was especially frustrating. The counter attendant didn't apologize for the dropped order, didn't offer to re-enter the order, or otherwise compensate. Their explanation was all but a shrug off trying to get my friend, who I'd sent to pick up the order, to drop the issue and go away. It wasn't until the Georgetown location manager called me explaining that my order had been misplaced due to the new computer systems malfunctioning that we were offered any form of explanation or apology that wasn't treating us like we were crazy. The attendant might have had a lot on their plate, but the sales are going to drop for this location if they don't change their customer service model."

"Terrible waitress, had to get my own drinks, didn't get the order correct, my lady never even got her food! The pizza was burnt and the drinks tasted weird... overall I would advise others to avoid this Pizza Hut! The salad bar consisted of lettuce and dressing it didn't even contain croutons for the salad!"

"Ordered online day before. Was hot and ready when we got there to pick it up. Celebrated Christmas with our daughters and their families. Good food helped to make it a great time!"

"Solid stuffed crust pizza and quick delivery. Did not receive cups of marinara I ordered but still a pleasurable experience. Would recommend if need a staple pizza in the area."
