Domino's Pizza 830 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45245

"I go to the Ohio Pike Domino's for the great carry out deals they send to the Domino's Rewards members. I can't make a large pizza at home for the price they charge on the cart out specials. The pizzas are better than Sam's club or Costco pizzas since you can top them like you want, for about the same price."

"I’ve been ordering here for awhile and food is just getting worse and worse order a mushroom hoggie with mushroom sauce got a dry piece of meat and cheese and the other sandwich was a chicken bacon ranch I either get it with all the topping an no ranch or they will send it with barely any toppings and ranch manger needs work and actually care"

"Ordered delivery through the app tonight and for some reason this location popped up as the dominos delivering my order (there is a closer dominos, so not sure why app chooses this location on occasion). Ordered 2 handmade pan pizzas, delivery driver drops them off, I open both of black (handmade pan) boxes, and both of them are traditional crust. I call up and get a guy named nick on the phone and tell him my issue, and he swears up and down that I got two handmade pan pizzas and that he knows I did, because “he cut them and boxed them himself”. I though that was pretty funny and great customer service, so I get mad and ask for manager, now Valerie answers the phone and ALSO tells me I did indeed get handmade pan pizzas and not traditional, because SHE “cut them herself”. If you’re going to choose poor customer service skills and to argue with customers, at least try and keep your lies straight. I asked for a refund, then drove to a different dominos store and showed them to the cooks who all confirmed they were not handmade pan pizzas, and asked them to dispose of them while I ordered two new ones at my usual store for carryout. You guys are literally the WORST."

"I enjoy the food here but I’ve ordered delivery a couple times now and they’ve continued to forget my sauces with my order. No one ever seems to care and just want to rush me off the phone. As a fellow delivery driver the places I’ve worked would always offer to bring them back out to you or offer you the credit. Guess this place is just a little different. Again, I really enjoy the food. Just please don’t the sauce my goodness. Thank you"

"Very speedy service. The woman was working alone and super friendly ! Great price. 3 medium one topping pizzas for $5.99. So lunch for under $20! Great deal for my large family !"
