"Very well laid out restaurant! Everything food was well prepared! Anytime pizza ran out you could hear the cooks call out new pizza! This location also has a salad bar. Really enjoyed the Mac and cheese pizza and the arcade is very cool as well! Don’t forget the Brownies!"

"Workers are nice and clearly work hard to keep up with the constant messes I saw being made and the left by customers. Food is what you'd expect from a pizza buffet. Arcade is overpriced and requires cards. The prizes were practically the same cheap options from the gumball machines they have just as you walk in. Fun for kids, great place for a kid party/get together. I wish the buffet had been labeled and that they had more options of pizzas out at once."

"The one star is for the "chicken wings." Paid $13.99 for 10 chicken wings with no sauce. We literally received about 15 pieces of semi burnt pop corn sized chicken. Only one piece was the length of my thumb and no thicker, a few quarter size and most were nickel size. It was THE biggest waste of money. So do NOT order any chicken wings from CiCis. My husband and I do not eat pizza and we didn't want to pay $8.99 for just a salad so chicken wings were our only other option. We split the plate of "chicken wings". Picture is of my plate next to the small water and you can compare the chicken size if you look at the cracker packs. Most of it was crispy hard breading.. It was unbelievable that is what we got for $13.99...we didn't even get normal chicken wings... The staff did keep the place pretty clean though considering the crowd. Those that ate pizza said it tasted good as did the salad. Wish we had gotten the salad. Probably won't be back though for a long time now since they lump the salad price in with the pizza buffet price. Also, they need an elderly person plan too. Our grandmother, who eats less than a bird, had to pay 8.99 for a tiny (how she made it/ate) salad. Her meal should have cost the same as a child's buffet. My kids actually eat way more than her."

"We drove from Columbus just to have Cici's! Not only were impressed by the cleanliness and variety of pizza available, but the manager- Rob was super friendly. He even asked us if there was anything he could make that we remembered/ loved from the Columbus locations. Our lunch was definitely worth the drive! We will be returning!"
