"Employees will act like you’re dumb for asking about your drink on a mobile order when they put the cup inside of a sealed bag. If I’m taking my order to go why would I rip the bag open to search for a cup? lol what find it when I’m at home? Also… they don’t know how to correctly make the food you order. I order the same quesadilla for over a year and never once have had fajita peppers on the side. They go inside the quesadilla. Morons, truly"

"This particular Chipotle does not give you a full bowl or meal when ordering from doordash. My sons build your own was half way filled and my steak bowl had 8 small piece of steak missing corn and a few pieces of tomato. Get it together!"

"I initially ordered online for my food to be delivered to my job, (which wouldn’t have been the first time) . The fajitas were nearly raw and have never been cooked like that at any location I’ve been to. So since this location was very close, I decided to see if I was able to get an accommodation of some sort. I expressed my dissatisfaction to one of the managers. He was a black guy, very polite and explained they are supposed to be “cooked” like that and I explained it has never been that way but I wasn’t going to make a huge deal about it. They offered to remake the burrito and I was okay with that but asked if I could at least get extra chicken. The manager asked the another manager if that was okay, he said in a very short and rude way that, no, I could only have it remade. Then I proposed that if I could just get a discount with the extra. Again, very rude and no accommodation to that even though I was willing to pay when I shouldn’t have to. I wasn’t upset at the beginning but I was very pissed due to the other manager’s rude/short behavior. Ended up getting a refund for the food and threw it away. My main complaint is the poor customer service from an individual who is at the very top of the chain of this physical location. Which probably explains why the lady who was at the food counter was rushing me to get the manager’s (who was polite me ) attention while he was already assisting two customers ahead of me. It seems like nowadays, people aren’t being qualified for the way they are to interact with with customers."

"Zero stars! Don't waste your time! Worse location. 8pm on a busy Friday night. One person on the line making food. She was keeping her cool even though she was slammed and constantly having to refill things on her own because they were out of basically everything it seemed. All the while someone is cleaning the grill and what not in the background. The "manager" came "strolling" through twice with his clip board. Not at all helping. Even with about 12 or more people in line. Then to only find out they are out of both rice! 10-15 minute wait he says for rice; as he keeps on leisurely walking by. Still not caring."

"It’s the worst Chipotle Location I’ve ever been to. Let me share my experience. As usual I’m ordering my Softitas Bowl and when I asked for more Pinto Bean, the lady who was serving at that time gave me the the bean with the very tip of the spoon the amount you can count how many it’s with your eyes. So, I asked for more and then she waived her head and she can’t give anymore and that’s all she can."
