Wendy's 8200 Arbor Square Drive, Mason, OH 45040

"We dropped our car off at Firestone, walked across the street at 7:45am to get breakfast and realized the dining room doesn't open until 9am. We were going to walk thru the drive thru, but Tyler stuck his head out of the window and told us they were unlocking the doors for us and to come inside. Tyler and Shyanne were both very kind, polite, friendly and professional! Also, the food was hot and fresh!"

"Food was delicious except my sandwich had pickle on it that normally never does. Other than that it was perfect. We were the only people there so the place was quiet. The soda machine in lobby needs some help. You have to hit the screen several times to select anything and it takes a good 5 minutes to do so. Only major issue I had was needing crackers and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for the workers to stop talking and come out of the back. When one did see me standing there she turned quickly back around and stood where u couldn't see her. Eventually someone came up after I said hello about 3 times."

"Photo uploads not working. Went today (11/4/23, at roughly 11:50am-12pm window, through drive-thru) and bought a Biggie Bag. Found a METAL SHAVING in my French fries about 1.5in long, twisted, and sharp. Thankfully the fries were the first thing I started eating. Refuse to eat the rest of this. Called the location on the way home and the girl that answered the phone sounded completely bored by this obvious health hazard. I was only offered replacement food as an option, though honestly if the food is this dangerous and the workers that uncaring, then I don’t want MORE of it. She didn’t even bother apologizing. I will not visit this location again. Take. Safety. Seriously."

"Food under cooked. Tried to charge me more on my receipt and thought I wouldn’t noticed. Manager walked away from me as I was talking to her, her name is Jenny which she wouldn’t give me but gave my brother in law. Their the same race Caucasian and I’m African American so I chucked it up to her being an racist elder, what a shame. I can’t believe I asked for my food fresh and recieved under cooked chicken nuggets how does that even happen? Just drive a half mile down the street to the other Wendy’s."
