"How is it that the managers of this place don't realize that by locking your lobby up and preventing delivery drivers from entering you end up with twice the work because you end up having a line wrapped around the building? Absolutely ridiculous stuff you only see after Covid. Imagine 10 years ago walking up to a Wendy's at 5 PM and the lobby being locked because it's too much work for the staff to have the lobby be open? I will never eat here or pick up a delivery here ever again. Shameful and embarrassing."

"In the past I have been extremely disappointed with this Wendys. There is such a high turnover even with managers. I would like to say they have improved! Finally they are moving the drive thru line! Not as fast as it should be but a thousand times better than before! 8 am seeing so much improvement in food accuracy, not messing up the orders, the food is not sloppy made like before, and it's so much cleaner than it was! I honestly feel like the team is working better together and that in itself is absolutely awesome, tangible improvement. They still need to work on a few things, but they are getting there! Awesome turn around by a restaurant that was extremely disgusting, but now is definitely a nice place to eat again! The employees need to be rewarded because they made this happen!!!"
