"They need to get things in order at this location. I get fast food breakfast every Friday. It’s either Wendy’s, McDonald’s or Burger King. I chose Wendy’s today…every time I get to this location at around 6:40am there is long wait. When/if they get around to taking my order I’m informed that the person is working alone and that’s the reason for the wait. I understand how it is to have to work alone…I’ve done it…at Wendy’s. In that aspect, a more reliable crew is my suggestion. Today though, there wasn’t a wait. The person came on cutting off the little automated message that was asking if I was using the app. She says “please hold”. She comes back on to say “can I help you”….i give my order…she says “pull around”. She didn’t repeat my order, ask if I wanted anything else and she did not give me a total. I like to have my money ready when I get to the window because I don’t want them waiting on me to find my money. Needless to say…I did not pull around, I pulled off! Again…I totally understand how frustrating it is to work understaffed..I get it, but there is absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer. I’m not the reason you are working alone. I’m just trying to get some breakfast before heading to my job. And it’s your responsibility in this customer service field, especially “the manager” to at least try to make that a pleasurable experience. I know she was the manager because I called and asked to speak to one. I don’t know many people who love their job, but in this particular field you’re not supposed to display that to customers. I cant give a full rating on the food because I didn’t get any, but the service was bad. Do better guys!"
"If you can avoid this particular Wendy’s I highly recommend you avoid it! Very poor customer service. We went around 1045 pm after leaving a concert. We were all hungry and with it being so late at night went to the first fast food we found. The drive through is open until midnight so we were not pushing anyone for time. Right up on arrival a voice came on and asked for our order. She took the order and ask anything else with hardly giving a moment to respond. We had five different orders (on the same bill) and by the time I myself was ready to order I was like forget it! I went ahead and ordered (because my husband insisted). We paid for our food and received it without a thank you, have a nice night, nothing! I understand people have bad days but for no reason at all this lady was not friendly. Actually she came across very rude which is what prompted this review. Once we got our food our night with Wendy’s did not get any better. The chicken was hard and the fries were cold and hard as well. I could go on but I think this sums up what I am trying to say. I don’t know how this Wendy’s is even open. Don’t waste your money. You deserve better customer service and fresh, hot food.with a friendly attitude."

"By far the worst place to get food. I was out of state and decided to stop here and get food. I paid nearly 50 dollars for food that was stale, hard, old chicken and salty cold Fries it was closing time so I could not go back and complain. Food was honestly so bad I tossed it out. I have been calling for two weeks for a refund since u live out of state and the manager Jennifer has the worst customer service for a so called manager. The only response I have got is I have to talk to my boss. I called today one last time and her sorry excuse was I been so busy and hung up the phone. This is exactly why this restaurant is no Good starting off with management. I paid for food expecting it to be at least eatable and I am Only asking for what I paid since the food Was awful. Beware save your time and Money."
"Absolutely the last time I'll spend a dime in this establishment. Wait in #that spot" for 10 minutes.. had to go in to the closed dining room to retrieve the food that was evidently forgotten.. Zero hustle from your staff. And at the end of the day the highly processed food is just garbage nowadays. Dave would roll over in his grave if he saw the "food" they served my family tonight"
