"I wanted so bad to like this place, because some reviews were raving about it, but it was an all around horrible experience. The woman working there was extremely rude, and got into a huge fight with someone on the phone while we were waiting for our food. She was saying threatening stuff; I genuinely felt afraid for my safety, I was going to leave without my food but she seemed to calm down after hanging up. We got our food after a 30 minute wait and an item was missing. It was okay food. Nothing crazy. The other customers were nice and chatted with us, it's just that the woman working there had bad vibes. The place felt a bit dirty but that might just be because it was physically run-down."

"Ordered food ahead and didn't leave until 7 minutes after the food was supposed to be done. Got there and still had to wait 30 minutes for food. They made it right by offering us extra food but half the food we were waiting on was cold by the time we got it. This is the worst experience I've had there. Every other time has been good enough to go back"

"This place used to be good in the beginning when they had high quality food with a small menu then the owner went overboard with the menu adding to much witch in turn cause them to buy cheap quality food. And also I was told by one of the workers there that one of the cooks would try to use old bread from the trash. They would overcharge you and not give you change. And if you ever take a second and look at the floor it's covered in a layer of black caked on dirty mop water."

"Our first time at this place, we ordered our food over the phone at 1:10. The girl said 15 minutes. My husband showed up there 15 minutes later. and the food was not done. It was literally an hour after I called before he got the food and we only ordered two cheeseburgers and a Philly sub. No drinks there was another guy there that said he called his order in the same time, and he still didn’t have his order when we left, there was only one girl that was manning everything by herself and mind you. This was on a weekday not a Friday for our first time, that’s definitely not a good impression . And I don’t leave reviews very often at all that’s got to say something. The girl also didn’t seem apologetic she didn’t seem to care. My husband was on his lunch break and only gets a half an hour so he was late getting back home to log back in for work."
