"Food was delicious. Had fried green tomatoes which were good, but, not as good as Mom's. Mock turtle soup was great. Barbecue ribs tender and juicy. Generous portions. Bread pudding was big enough for three of us to share."

"Terrible food, reviews made me think it was going to be a great local place. Greasy, old food. Tasted like buying frozen food from the grocery and microwaving it, but way worse. Also, they were out of several items, on a Sunday, 5 minutes after they opened. Waitress not very friendly. I don't think she smiled once. I would absolutely never go back and wish I wouldn't have wasted my money there in the first place."

"Pretty good food - I especially like the catfish. Eating and drinking at the bar has always been a better experience than in the dining room, as it's a livelier atmosphere. Way better beer selection than I expected. Weekend evenings are pretty busy."

"We had gift certificates to here so figured we'd try it since we had nothing to lose. The service was very friendly. Michael, I believe the owner stopped by our table at some point to make sure everything was good. I had the fillet and it was perfect. Cooked exactly as I had asked. Very reasonable beer prices. They also have a "leaner" menu if you're trying to eat clean. Two thumbs up!"
