"I ordered a pizza for delivery using their text service on 12/12/23 and was told it would take 60 min. 80 min after I placed the order I called and was told that the driver hadn't shown up yet. At that point I was given the option to use door dash with no guarantee on when the pizza would arrive or we could pick it up. The pizza had already been out for 20 min at that point so who knows when they were going to call me. I opted to pick up the pizza and was told that I would be refunded and charged less. At pick up I paid $12 and the charge on my card has yet to reversed! I called but I have yet to reach someone on the phone to fix this 2 weeks later! Surprisingly poor service-don't use this location, it is not worth the money or the hassle."
