"Google maps says this is a dine in restaurant, and it used to be. My daughter and I walked 40 minutes expecting to sit down and eat. When we arrived it is only take out and delivery. We ordered small pizzas, they said 10 minutes. it was almost 20 and I had to stand up and ask for my pizza, which was waiting on the shelf. My pizza had a lot of bubbles so not much topping. We had to eat outside in February because the dining room was closed and we walked there. The person waiting on us said the manager had told google it was a closed dining room, but it still says it's open."
"Very poor product...this use to be a great larosas...I ordered two large pizzas and I open the box and the cheese is all over the box,crust had huge bubbles in it and it was not even in a circle, it was oblong shape.. manager and the people working there knew the pizzas were messed up because they gave me concerning looks as I opened the boxes to look at them...when you got a whole bunch of people working there that don't care and it's just for the check these are the results you get"
"I thought I'd order my birthday supper today. Ordered from the St. Bernard location. It was the worse. I ordered a focaccia pizza and a salad. The pizza was burnt, looked nothing like the menu. Ended up throwing out. Cost was $35. I'll never go to this location again. I'd like to have my meal pictured on the menu and my money returned."

"Customer service was great. The young lady at the counter was very nice. The food portion quality on the other had was very disappointing. The 2 piece fish dinner was more like 2 piece fish nuggets. The dip cups were almost the same size of fish. Not worth the 10.89 I paid for it."
