Panera Bread 5875 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014

"My sandwich was literally soaked. Like in what? It was a half frontega chicken. What could possibly make it that wet? The bread was literally mush. I arrived before it said my food was ready so it wasn't like it sat there forever. And the broccoli cheddar soup was also insanely watered down. I've had both of these things from a million different panera's before. Panera's quality has gone wayyy down over the years but this was next level bad. Like is it raining in their kitchen? Why so much water in the bread and the soup. The highlight of the meal was the chips."

"Ordered a turkey avocado BLT. Had to substitute the bread which was fine but then the tomato basil bread I got with my sandwich had a cinnamon sugar glaze that didn't taste right on the bread and made the sandwich difficult to eat. They also forgot the bacon. Hope my next visit goes better"

"I understand you are a newer location, the server couldn't pronouncer basic ingredient names, the store is dirty with trash laying everywhere, there are flies buzzing and landing on baked goods, breads, and food. The discount was not being applied correctly and my order ended up being almost $5 cheaper once entered correctly."

"This is a brand new location and it was very nice inside and out. The employees were courteous and busy cleaning or serving while we were inside. We both ordered the pick 2 with soup and salad. My issue is, when my salad came out the bowl was barely half-full and my soup was room temperature. I was very underwhelmed by the food. I'm hoping it was just a quirk in a fairly new restaurant and that this will be resolved soon. I would definitely try this location again in the future but hoping to be served food at the proper temperature and feel like I got what I paid for."
