"We felt like the place was disrespectful and racist. We were not waited on right away and when we were it felt rushed. The experience was not a good one. The food was mediocre, the grits were lumpy, and the order was not correct. The waitress avoided eye contact and I had to raise my voice to get the rest of my order. I felt rushed to leave by her asking if we needed to go boxes while we were still eating. A tip was not left due to the poor service. This is a Waffle House where I would not return and would not encourage other black people to go."

"A message for the owner: hire more people and pay them better. The folks running this diner are phenomenal and deserve more. When I've gone in, they have often been stort-staffed and overworked, yet carry on with positive attitudes and kind demeanors. They are the reason this place runs and why I come here. PAY THEM MORE."

"I did not have a good experience at this location! I was shortened 3 extra hash browns in 3 sausage bowls which added up to 9 hash browns, and Misty the manager gave me a credit for 9 hash browns from this issue happening on the day of Mother's Day night, I called Misty the very next morning about the problem because no one answers at night and I had to be at work and was very exhausted to return with hungry children plus myself. I returned back to get a 1 sausage bowl with 3 credit hash browns, and crysta crossed out my credit and said she could not do that. I have recorded her and took pictures of the sausage bowls. So my money was pretty much paying for something I never received. I do not recommend this location ! And no call back from the managers after I reported crysta crossing out the credit and being treated such way after I paid $46.50 ! Very strange how crysta also laughed about me wondering why she was treating me such way claiming to be a manager."
