"I ordered a loaf of bread only to Find out they did not have it when I went to pick it up! I re-ordered to pick up the next day. When I got home and opened the bag, it looked good but when I opened it to make grilled cheese, I realized they sliced it thick. I had requested it to be thin! Ugh this is frustrating!! The young man who helped me re-order the bread was very nice and I know he was off on Saturday, so this was not his fault. How hard is it to follow simple directions?"

"My mom is feeling under the weather so I decided to grab her two bowls of chicken noodle soup via the drive thru. Only to get there and WAIT because NOBODY addressed me via the speaker. I literally had to find a place to park go inside and wait then place my order. Prior to my entry i did call the restaurant to advise I was outside but no answer. Once inside I questioned why the wait she advised it was shift change. No apology or anything, BUT she did ask if I had a My Panera card. DO BETTER!!!!"

"Panera this is an epic failed! I had went up to Panera one more and order two breakfast sandwiches- the lady at window was spectacular but my sandwiches oh my sandwiches were not good looking or appetizing! I’m not understanding, Panera’s customer service use to be on point- it’s suppose to be a family (functional) environment. Now it’s just about the money and not the quality. That black thing in the picture was suppose to avocado! Didn’t even take the time or just didn’t care!!! It was like this on both sandwiches"

"I was not super satisfied at this location. The sandwich was not made well and even though I asked for it to be toasted, it was not toasted properly. Additionally, I decided to try a smoothie for the first time and it was watery but tasted good enough. It took a while to get my order and customer service wasn’t impressive but they got the job done. I’ve been to better locations."
