"I ordered a baconator fries and Sweet tea ..I ate in.buy notice my baconator only had one patty and two pieces of bacon .brought it to a managers attention but got treated like I did something wrong. I know no one reads these reviews within the company but do yourself a favor do eat here."

"------DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE----- Mobile ordered at 5:50 in the drive thru and was greeted with a confusion on if I even placed or paid for my order, waited about 5 minutes in the window was told to pull up to the entrance to wait on my food NO JOKE 30 MINUTES WENT BY before I had to go in to ask what the hell was going on just to be sent back to the car and a supervisor come out to be baffled I didn't get my order, she went in and my order wasn't even made 7 minutes later was greeted with someone who was confused on which order he had in his hand. No apologies or compensation for the wasted time."

"What's the point of these reviews? No one from the company ever looks at them. I see zero responses in the reviews from management or corporate. I went to the location on Galbraith & Colerain today 11-4-23 via drive thru around 1:30pm. I will never go back. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and an Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. They don't confirm your order at the speaker. The girl at pickup window was ghetto and rude with a nasty attitude. Black with a long blonde platinum wig. My fries were cold. I'm talking disgustingly cold. I asked for a receipt. She said "our printer is broke". She told me to pull up and someone would bring out fresh fries. They NEVER came. I went inside to get them. Mind you they had no Wendy's bags and put my salad in an oversize white plastic trash bag! I wondered why my salad felt so light. I assumed bcuz it was in this huge trash bag. I got home, the salad was a mess. It had light everything. Barely any lettuce, apples or blue cheese. I know it's supposed to be a whole chicken breast cut up. It looked like half. The only thing sufficient were the cranberries. Oh and the condiments are EXPIRED by 2 months! The pecans expired September 15, 2023. I want my money back and I'm contacting corporate."
