"We got food for lunch while at work. When we got it back to our office, the taco salad had no meat or chips. Just lettuce and tomatoes. They didn’t give us straws or forks. My frosty cream cold brew looked like dirty sink water and had no frosty in it. My baked potato had no sour cream after specifically asking the worker at the drive thru. The food was cold and overall we had to throw everything away. $22 spent for it to be thrown in the trash. I don’t normally complain, but when I called their line to see if they would rectify the situation, the number is no longer active. Would rate this place 0 stars if I could."

"I had really great service. The guy who took my order was really professional and really tried to do whatever he could so I could get the best possible deal."

"We were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Took 15 minutes to get 15 nuggets. Then Another 10 minutes to get our two sandwiches. I had the pretzel bacon pub. It was so thin, I thought it was a tenderloin. And maybe a half a piece of one bacon. Are there supposed to be onion rings on it? I got some crumbles of something. Looked like an accident. Bathroom dirty with slippery floors"

"Outside of the fact that the person taking drive-thru orders took forever (13 minutes), literally asked "What you want to order?", and didn't know what they were doing (tried to give me multiple drinks at the window and rang the order up completely wrong).... they gave me a burger instead of a chicken sandwich. Even after the person clearly asked if I wanted spicy or classic. Apparently replying "classic" insinuated I wanted something totally different than what I asked for."
