"They are having a rough day today in drive thru. Not enough chili on my 3 way and they gave me no cheese. Thankfully I had my own cheese in my fridge but I'm not happy with the service. Give these guys a raise so they care about their jobs. The facelift of the building doesn't help if the service sucks Update: it's been a few months. Service still not great. I said no onions on the whole order. Put onions on one of my coneys anyways. Then gave me a pathetic three way along with a halfway filled cup of cheese. Picture included. No food had been eaten or removed in this photo"

"The store representatives were cordial. The cheese coney wasn't hot, just warm. There was plenty of cheese and meat sauce, but just not hot."

"I went through the drive-thru, there was no customers in the restaurant at all. All I ordered was a coney crate. I wait for close to 5 minutes, and then they asked me to pull up. I asked for hot sauce before I did. I waited 6 more minutes. I could see the employees dancing around & acting ridiculous. The guy brings the food to the window, shoves it at me & slams the window without saying a word. I get home & there are 4 packs of Extreme Hot Sauce. Food was great. HORRIBLE SERVICE. BY THE WAY, THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY EVENING AROUND 6."

"Food quality has took a turn for the worse! Kids seem to work here and that could be the reason! Camp Washington and Skyline chili have since took over the reigns of best chili and cheese coney and well.. Gold Star is no longer relevant!"
