"Clearly focused on speed . . . A good thing but has its cons. Came on a Monday before the lunch rush and they couldn't be bothered to figure out how to use my BOGO survey code. Yes, I understand the Dave's single is currently BOGO $1 but if I can pay $0 for the 2nd sandwich . . . Why would I pay a dollar?! So they didn't apply MY discount, but the food was correct, hot and good."
