"I never wrote a bad review before but I definitely had to for this place. Me and my friend came here yesterday and , we ordered 2 steaks . I ordered mine rare yet somehow it was still dry. My friend's steak was so burnt i tasted it and gagged at how much ash was on the steak. It tasted like pure charcoal and we were told that was normal with the seasoning and had to send it back. He ended up getting it without the seasoning and it was still kinda burnt but was edible compared to the last one. The soup was good though, Our server was nice other than being not listened to and told it was just how the seasoning tasted on the steak. It was pure nasty charcoal / extremely burnt seasoning Most of our drinks were good until we ordered the marilyn monrose and it was so strong I almost spit it out. I poured half a glass of water in my drink to dilute the alcohol instead of complaining again and it was still super strong even after the water . I wouldn't call this a fancy restaurant at all , its beautiful but it's just expensive and not worth the money. Food quality doesn't match the cost or environment. When you order a 60 dollar steak and spend almost 200, it should atleast be edible. Also to add, some people brought children into the restaurant and they were blasting whatever on a mobile device super loud I could barely hear my own thoughts or talk to my friend"

"This was our third year eating there for Valentine’s Day. We had the special for $99. The service was slow even though it did not appear that busy. My appetizer was cold ) had the lam. And veal meatballs) the server was very nice and took them back but it took forever for her to. Bring them Back hot. There were 6 of us and all of our main course was not hot. My chicken Alfredo was two chicken tenders and very Luke warm at nest. Very disappointed in the whole experience. For $139 with tip this was sub pat. Will not be back."

"Nowhere on the website does it say reservations are required. Walked up for a table for 2 at 5:00pm. Saturday December 16 the manager says first available seating is at 8:00 pm without reservations. Thanks for your hospitality! First time at the Hollywood Casino. No reason to come back."

"5 star experience. The chef was fabulous, best steak we have ever had at a steakhouse. Highly Recommend eating here. Service was good, not over the top but effective. Could’ve used a little mood setting music or something but still had a great time for the money."

"This is part of the Hollywood Casino and the atmosphere was nice. The service was pretty good as well. The food was expensive and I was not impressed with the taste. I had Southern Style Chicken Confit. The chicken was good but the shrimp was a bit overcooked. My daughter had sea scallops which were good but the flavor of the other ingredients didn't really complement each other. I will likely not return to a Final Cut."
