"The servers are extremely loud and inappropriate most of the time we eat in. We are regulars and have tried to avoid the times the younger girls are in there. Food for the most part, is correct and good. I do think that if someone tells you no pork that you shouldn't put bacon on their fries, and if you do accidentally, make them fresh not scrap it off."

"BECAUSE THEY CAN, Gold Star is jumping on the downsizing their products bandwagon! I eat a Cheese coney almost every week! And have since 1965! But this week was served a LILLIPUTIAN SIZED Cheese Coney FOR $3.00 VISIBLY smaller bun and hot dog smaller JUST PLAIN SMALLER over all. We are forced to avoid these 300% mark ups on virtually ALL goods and eat at home; and after over 6 decades of enjoying good tasting Cincinnati Chili at affordable prices.... GUESS ME & MINE will not be frequenting or even returning to Gold Star to be plain ol' RIPPED OFF."

"Drive thru, ordered 2 coneys & 1 shake. Shakes take forever yet it was still served long before my coneys. Coneys were super tiny. I almost believe they cut the hot dogs in half, I could barely find one. Almost no cheese. My shake was so thick I couldn't drink it until I got home. Long story short, it's still the same as it was before."

"Our family of 10 went to gold star to eat after voting, i wanted to wait a few hours before writing review, food was great. Servers are very young and new, the managers are setting these young people up to fail, we witnessed manager help make food then went on break while the Servers Struggled. Managers train your people, make sure they get food order's entered before they mess with Shake machine."
