"The 3 stars I do give for this location go only to the kid James that works there. Me and my son went for dinner and they were out of pepsi (just needed changed). I let them know being knowledgeable and accepting of the fact that they were busy at the moment. About 10 minutes later, I went to remind them and the woman behind the counter (assumingly some type of "leader"...for what it was worth), tells me they are busy, didn't have time to change it but have Dr Pepper.There were 4 people in the back and James was on break in the lobby. He realized there was an issue and went and changed it for me after his break was over. So my 3 service stars go only to James for this visit. Thank you James for doing what 4 others were unable to do/too lazy to do."

"Service was friendly but very slow. The food was very hit and miss. The "Stacker" was awesome but the items with tortillas that were not grilled all had a funny taste to them. Like how a bad flour tortilla can almost taste like playdoh. You can't deny it, you know what playdoh tastes like. We all do."

"To start off I was over charged then get home to see what I ordered was incorrect I ordered the nacho cheese steak fries 1 spicy order one regular order there are no fries in the box maybe 3 small pieces of steak no cheese at all this was 3rd shift on 12-17-23 not happy at all with this we spent over $30 just to not be able to eat any of it"

"Ordered the largest box on the app. Chose the option to pick up at the drive through. The option in the app said the food would be made after I gave my name at the speaker. I pulled up and they of course couldn't find my $32 order. Turns out after fighting my way through to the manager that they decided to make the order right when it was placed rather than when I came to the drive through. They decided to fill my order and proceeded to forget all 4 of the items that I had chosen as sides. I opened the box before leaving and luckily caught 2 items before I left. I was ripped off and put through more trouble than us worth it. Not recommended."

"Stopped after work before heading home, simple order $6 order. Part way down the road realize is wrong, so I go back. I ask for a refund, they ask for a receipt (they didn't not provide) told them that. They did my return but made it out to be it was my fault I got the wrong food and no receipt but telling me "next time ask for a receipt to avoid this from happening". Had I just been refunded, no review would be needed."
