"Big Dogs Mason went the extra mile for us today. First of all, the pizza is always Amazing! Their customer service is amazing as well. We ordered delivery, and the Door Dash driver never showed up. We called the store about five minutes to close to let them know that the order had not arrived. They were very accommodating and made us new pizzas (which we went to the store to pick up.) I resolved the issue with DoorDash for a refund. Thanks so much for helping us Big Dogs!! We will always recommend you to everyone and continue to order from you!"

"Well dadgum I may have found my favorite pizza place! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all the pizzas we ordered, and I'll be back again and again. Wings - exceptional!! Possibly some of the best wings in the area. Not soggy, cooked throughout and crispy. The special Steve sauce is really delicious too (it's ranch + garlic). Pizza: The Deluxe - very well balanced between all the ingredients. We wish it had some more toppings, but it was so good to throw a fit. Bacon Cheeseburger - a polarizing pizza in our group, but I don't care. I loved it and will get it again next time. Quite a unique and delicious flavor. Chicken Bacon Ranch - nuff said! 3 amazing ingredients on a pizza. So good!"

"I cannot believe I am making this review after being a loyal customer for 20 years. I’ve been going out of my to the original in west chester since 2003. When Mason opened it was a little closer for us so it was a win! The food truck, when at the monkey bar was closest and always great. It’s the best pizza is Cincinnati. Until last night, that’s is. I ordered a large $97 carryout for our child’s birthday. Two 18” pizzas that had a no more than a tablespoon of sauce on each, and a sprinkle of cheese. These guys are KNOWN for the amazing sauce and cheesiest pizza around. It was plain terrible. Funny enough, it was overcooked, all burnt toppings on the cardboard. But… It gets a lot worse- got 25 wings and they were still raw. My teenage son noticed the pink at first after all of 7 of us had all started eating them. I was terrified we would become sick. Thankfully only one of us did, but it was bad! I’m pained to say our love for big dogs has ended."

"Stopped in for lunch last weekend - Overall pretty pleased with the pizza. They were not stingy with the toppings, and even though I got the smallest pizza - it was very filling. Alcohol / Beer selection is extremely limited. If you're looking for solid pizza and a great beer selection, you'll get the solid pizza here. This isn't going to be a replacement for Pies n Pints. Location is tough for this spot, and probably why we've seen so many restaurants come and go at this same spot. Harder so for a pizza joint considering there's a (much cheaper) Donato's across the street, and, make your way through 1 traffic light and you've got Two Cities on your left with an equally amazing pizza and much larger beer selection."
