McDonald's 3570 Commerce Drive, Franklin, OH 45005

"Ordered in drive thru, computer not a real person. Had to wait, pull forward. Which took almost 5mins to bring out! Get home and instead of a "side" of breakfast sauce they put it on the sandwich. It was on the wrong sandwich!! Charged me for it and didn't get it right. Horrible attention to orders. Your computer isn't efficient."

"Ordered a double Big Mac meal with large fries and a single filet of fish sandwich. I swear you have to actually try and be this bad. The gosh sandwich was warm but look like it was put together by Stevie Wonder. The fries were literally half full at best and not even warm, the Big Mac was a regular not a double and not even kidding the bun was literally hard, it was cold to the touch like I said have to try to be this bad. 14$ with of food went straight to the trash. Skip this location at all costs it’s ALWAYS like this. I’ve finally learned"

"I just did drive thru. Threee double cheese burgers. Absolutely horrible. I don’t know if they had been done for awhile or what. McDonald’s is never great, but usually edible. Not today. Probably won’t do it again. Not even on road trips. Just threw the third burger away. Starting to feel sick. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning."

"Certainly a slightly cheaper location with comparable service to any other local location. I appreciate the lower prices and btw I've had to wait at all the locations occasionally but service is always handled with a smile! Definitely my occasional stopping point for some grub at anytime of day or evening! I recieve no paid compensation for any review I leave and this is only my honest opinion of my experiences."

"I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but the drive through was not that busy (no line pretty much) and there were a handful of cars in the parking lot. I also understand we had a large order so being asked to pull around and wait was not a problem. The problem was that they gave our large order to the wrong car. The lady came up to our window with other bags and said you had the order with such and such. I said no and handed her our receipt with everything we ordered. She still proceeded to bring us another order which wasn’t ours! The poor girl could barely speak English and continued to insist it was ours, even though it was one bag. She handed me the bag and I asked if this was all of our order. She said yes that’s it. I told her it couldn’t be because we ordered several sandwiches and a 40 piece nugget. Plus the top was a chicken sandwich, which we didn’t order. I handed it back and she gave that bag to another car! I’ve worked in fast food and once you’ve let another customer rummage through a bag, you need to remake that order. How unsanitary to give someone else an order you let another customer touch. Now we’ve had to wait 30 minutes for an order that frankly was not that difficult. We had a couple sandwiches, two large fries, and the 40 piece nugget. Not an apology. Nothing. Absolutely atrocious."
