"I used the drive thru. Sort of later in the evening. They were super nice folks all around.. they were just out of at least two things we wanted. It's not a deal breaker or anything, but I'd be lying if I said the disappointment doesn't lessen the satisfaction and the rating."

"Employees too lazy to ring people up. We don’t get paid to be cashiers. Multiple people in there at same time and all but 1 walked out. Those self checkouts were supposedly about Covid safety but nobody ever cleaned the screens so be honest it’s because you don’t want to hire employees to ring up food. If your trained people can’t do it right then why you expect us to be able to do it right?"

"This is the third time in the last month that I have gone to this McDonald's, all three times they pull me forward after giving me my drink. The previous two times it was because they were waiting on fries but this time I wasn't given an excuse. Yet all three times, the fries were cold & the burger was warm but definitely did not just come off the grill. They also immediately bring me my food after I park. I've worked in fast food before and we would do this to make our drive-thru times look better. If you aren't actually waiting on anything, what's the hold up?"

"Oh where to start! This will not be the only platform this is posted to Doors were locked at 6:30am employee on duty did not know this somehow. Lobby was filthy. We were the first ones in for the day mind u Employees had coffee cups they were drinking from placed on top of what were supposed to be sanitary surfaces"
