"When adopting a puppy from Mason county Animal Shelter, I emailed and called time and time again for days for no answer to any of them what-so-ever. On the day the puppy was up for adoption, I drove to the Animal Shelter as soon as it opened. there was only a part time worker there at the time, and he “knew nothing”. So we sat and waited for the manager, but she was an hour and 30 minutes late to her job. We waited for nothing. She was holding the dog for someone else, and I had no clue. I got no call back and on the facebook page, the post said the particular dog was still available. this place is a JOKE!"
