"The food is good but there is always a long wait. We ordered 2 sandwiches online and the pickup time was 7:17. We got there a tad early but did not get our food until 7:35. The employees seemed yo be working hard but it's not a quick place."

"Update : the first medium fry being smaller than a small was a one off experience ; I love penn station and I’ve had this location 2x since then and they definitely are as good as my favorite location in Middletown. I know it’s a chain but I swear some Penn stations are better than others and this is a good one !"
"This is a great place to get a great sub, the best in Hamilton I would have to say for a sub. Is here today got one for me and my best friend and I know that my daughter every chance she gets she comes here she has friends at work here. Great fries to go with the sub and they're friendly as can be behind the counter and is quick as you can imagine."
